If I experience issues with my order, when and how can I reach your customer support team for assistance?

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 14 days of your order’s purchase date. After 14 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

The moment our support team confirms that your refund has been processed, the funds may take up to 5-10 business days to return to your original method of payment. This is a standard banking time frame and will vary depending on your financial institution.

Are your products made with safe and natural ingredients?

Embyou products are based on natural ingredients and the Multiple-Functional Firm Complex developed solely in Switzerland. To ensure the health and safety of our customers, all embyou products have been verified and tested by Swiss experts.

Are your products Vegan and Cruelty-Free?

Our formulations are never tested on animals but we do have one product of our collection that contains non-vegan ingredients. Please see below for a list of our non-vegan products:

Are your products Gluten-Free?

All products apart from Vitality Day Cream (Yeast Extract) are gluten-free.

Do your products contain known allergens such as soy and tree nuts?

Our products are 90% naturally derived Swiss ingredients and plant-based extracts. Some of them have soy and argan tree nut ingredients in the formulation. Please see below for a list of products that contain soy derived & tree nut-derived ingredients:

Can men use your products?

Certainly! Our products are for all ages, genders, and all skin types.

How should I store your products?

Our products should be stored at 20 - 22°C to maintain product quality. Please keep all Embyou products away from heat and direct sunlight.

Do you have skin lightening or skin tanning products?

We do not have products that are formulated to lighten or to tan skin at this time.

Will your products affect other products that I am using?

We recommend not combining Embyou with any other products due to the intensity of the formula used in each product. We recommend using the Vitality Day and Night combo or the Vitality Serum as per the application instruction. If all embyou products are even combined, the skin will get overwhelmed and possible breakouts could happen.

I have skin conditions that are being medically treated. Is it still safe to use your products?

Our products do not contain active ingredients. However, we recommend consulting your dermatologist about using our products if you are being treated for a skin condition or having ongoing medical treatment.

My skin is having an unexpected reaction from using your products. What should I do?
